Reduce
Training Manager Pro are committed to the use of technology in reducing the requirement to use paper. Training Manager Pro will use email and web based methods as a communication tool for all written correspondence whenever possible and seek to develop products that allow clients to take maximum advantage of this technology too.

Training Manager Pro will use technology to minimise requirements for travel. Training Manager Pro will give software demonstrations and provide other services using web and other communication technologies as far as possible and will only travel to client sites when it is necessary to do so. Where possible, any travel will be done using land based public transport. Training Manager Pro will encourage staff to use non polluting forms of transport and will provide facilities for and encourage staff to cycle or walk to work.

Training Manager Pro will seek to use technological advances to develop new training materials which will increase the ability of clients to train themselves where appropriate and reduce the need for face to face training.

Training Manager Pro accept that direct mailing is an effective marketing tool and will continue to use this as a method of finding new clients, however Training Manager Pro shall ensure that any such mailings are carefully targeted and will respect the wishes of any clients who requests to be removed from our mailing lists. Training Manager Pro will seek to carefully consider the contents of any mailings and ensure that recycled materials are used where possible. Training Manager Pro will make every effort to ensure that Training Manager Pro are removed from mailing lists where Training Manager Pro do not receive a benefit from such mailings.

Training Manager Pro will seek to limit all packaging and the amount of physical matter that it dispatches. Training Manager Pro will make software updates available by electronic download. Training Manager Pro will favour suppliers who attempt to limit the amount of packaging that they use when supplying goods to us.

Training Manager Pro will consider the environmental impact of new equipment before purchasing and will choose lower impact items where possible.

Re-use
Training Manager Pro aims to use reusable rather than disposable items and will use recycled materials where possible. Training Manager Pro will seek to find new owners or uses for obsolete equipment and will buy second-hand equipment when it is sensible to do so.

Recycle
Training Manager Pro will recycle as much trade waste as possible and will support recycling initiatives.
