All of Training Manager Pro Ltd's contracts of employment explicitly state that staff will not knowingly lie or attempt to mislead customers. Training Manager Pro Ltd will endeavour to ensure that the customer understands what Training Manager Pro Ltd's products can and cannot do. Training Manager Pro Ltd cannot be held responsible for assumptions that customers have made about levels of functionality within Training Manager Pro Ltd's products that are inaccurate but are not communicated clearly to Training Manager Pro Ltd. In the event that any such assumptions are communicated, then Training Manager Pro Ltd will make every effort to ensure that such misconceptions are corrected.

Training Manager Pro Ltd will respect the confidentiality of client information and all staff have contractual obligations to do so.

Training Manager Pro Ltd will deal openly and honestly in every circumstance. Training Manager Pro Ltd will neither give nor accept any inducements of any kind to or from any individual in connection with a customer transaction. Training Manager Pro Ltd may provide discounts on the purchase of new products or services from us to clients who refer sales leads to us. Resellers purchase Training Manager Pro Ltd's products at a set discount to Training Manager Pro Ltd's published prices for onward sale to their customers and Training Manager Pro Ltd will not seek to control the prices that they charge.

When new clients ask us for references from existing clients, Training Manager Pro Ltd will generally not ask or brief those reference clients first. Training Manager Pro Ltd have asked our existing clients if they are happy to provide the same services to others and the general response was that this is the way they would like to receive references themselves. If customers do not wish to be used as reference sites then please inform our sales staff that this is the case. Training Manager Pro Ltd will not provide inducements of any kind to customers for providing references to new clients on Training Manager Pro Ltd's behalf.

Training Manager Pro Ltd will not provide negative information about the products, services or business of our competitors and will promote the benefits of our products rather than concentrate on the negative aspects of other systems. If Training Manager Pro Ltd become aware that our competitors are not treating us in the same way then Training Manager Pro Ltd reserve the right to provide equivalent information in these limited circumstances.

Training Manager Pro Ltd will not knowingly sell Training Manager Pro Ltd's products to customers who wish to use them for any illegal purpose.
